About KC Building and Groundworks Ltd
KC Building and Groundworks Ltd was formed and has been trading since 2004, now based in Lubbesthorpe Enderby, we supply roofing and building services throughout most of Leicestershire county.
We have worked closely with the local authorities and have finished a number of projects for the Heritage Association.
The company was formed by Richard Kenney and Micheal Crowdell. Richard has been roofing and building since 1993 and has many years experience. Both Richard and Michael have qualifications in roofing and brick laying and are CSCS Registered.
The company has been members of the FMB ( Federation of Master Builders ) and FMB Master Bond members ( National Register of Warranted Builders ) since February 2009, which is connected to the Trust Mark government endorsed standards.
On some larger building projects we can also recommend reliable tradesmen to suit all your needs, for example plumber, electrician and plasterers.
We also offer contacts to reliable architects who can draw and submit plans for all your needs. Guarantees & references available on request.
